2.2 Sensitive Personal Data: Includes work experiences and career challenges, shared during mentoring or insight sessions. This may also include recordings of mentoring sessions, and where applicable, only with your prior consent.
2.3 Technical Information: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information such as your IP address, browser type, device details, pages visited, and usage/interaction data through cookies and other tracking technologies.
2.4 How We Collect Information

We collect your information in the following ways:

  • When you provide it directly to us, including when you register for our services,communicate with us, or participate in mentoring sessions.

  • Third-Party Sources: We may receive information about you from third-party sources suchas social media platforms (if you choose to link accounts), or publicly available databases.This information may be combined with data we collect directly.

  • Provide mentorship services, including matching Mentees with suitable Mentors.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Mentees and Mentors.

  • Improve our website and services.

  • Respond to inquiries or service-related requests from you.

  • Use your information for purposes specified at the time of collection.

  • Carry out any other purpose with your consent.

  • Fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under any agreement with you.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

outlined in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

facilitate mentorship services.


4.2 Mentee information may be shared with identified Mentors and internal Company personnel as
necessary.

  • Government or regulatory authorities, if or where required by law.

  • In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
