We are experienced leaders who bring decades of hands-on experience- our mentors would share insights based on real experience, having ‘been there and done that’!
Cross mentoring, i.e cross functional mentoring. You can leverage multiple mentors for cross functional perspectives- not just 1 on 1. While there will be a lead mentor, we can enlist the services of other mentors as relevant to make it holistic.
All our mentoring and development actions are rooted in business challenges, and aligned to the business context. There is clear transferability of learning that the executives can apply right away and build on it
