Ajay Kaul

Ajay Kaul is a celebrated business leader with over 35 years of experience across global firms like American Express, Modi Lufthansa, and TNT. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and XLRI Jamshedpur, he served as CEO & MD of Jubilant FoodWorks (2005–2017), transforming Domino’s Pizza into India’s largest and fastest-growing food service company. Under his leadership, the brand expanded from 90 to 1,100 restaurants, making India Domino’s second-largest market in the world after the U.S. His strategic vision led to the success of Jubilant FoodWorks’ IPO, which was rated the ‘IPO of the Decade’ by the Economic Times. Ajay has served in leadership roles with Burger King India, Domino’s Indonesia, and advises high-growth brands like Chaayos, California Burrito, Chinese Wok, and Daalchini. A prolific angel investor, he supports 30+ startups and mentors emerging leaders through the Isha Leadership Academy, where he is one of the lead mentors.
His accolades include the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIT Delhi & XLRI, E&Y Entrepreneur of the tear 2011, CEO OF CEOs by Ceo Inc., and India’s Top CEOs by Business Today.
