Ajay Patil is a globally respected business leader with over 37 years of experience spanning strategic finance, corporate governance, M&A, and transformation across multinational corporations. Ajay has held senior leadership roles at Cummins, Honeywell, Eaton, and United Technologies, and has lived and worked in India, China, and United States. Currently, Ajay serves as the Global CFO of RSB Transmission (India) Ltd., a Bain Capital portfolio company, where he is driving value creation through financial strategy and operational excellence. He also serves as Director on the boards of both listed and private companies, contributing to oversight in governance, strategic growth and risk management. Ajay actively engages with academia and industry, including as professor of practice with IIT Madras School of Sustainability, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and the Marhatta Chamber of Commerce, serves as Mentor to startups to help them scale up and build organization. Widely recognized for his integrity and people-centric leadership style, Ajay is passionate about helping scale businesses, drive org transformation, mentoring senior leaders, sustainability, and building resilient organizations.
