MVN Rao is a Global C-Suite people function leader with more than four decades of experience and contribution. After his post-graduation in Human resource management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, MVN Rao as CHRO has led the Global HR functions in leading organizations like Larsen & Toubro, Sun Pharma spanning Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Engineering, Projects, Information Technology(IT) , Technology Services Pharma , Hydrocarbon sectors. He has led large Global and Multicultural teams in the areas of HR strategy Top level Talent acquisition ,HR digitalization , M&A, organization development, change management and large scale transformations, leadership development, executive coaching, DEI, Managing Technical and Engineering Academies , Industrial relations , alignment of HR to business and various other facets of people management. MVN teaches at various management institutions, speaks in forums like NASSCOM, CII, NHRD, NIPM, TEDx etc. He also holds honorary positions in various academic institutions and industry/professional organisations .MVN is a certified executive and Team coach . He has also been designated as the coaching guide for CEO’s pursuing coaching accreditation with CFI. MVN is trained as an assessor for PCMM, CII HR assessment, ISO and similar certifications .
