Bio
Raghu is credited with turning around Airtel Africa from a low growth unprofitable business, to one of the fastest growing and highly profitable telecommunication companies. The company was listed on LSE and is a FTSE 100 company.
Raghu has helped build from ground zero a Mobile Financial Business in addition to turnaround of the Telecom Business of Airtel Africa. He has been instrumental in restructuring and redesigning of customer experience delivery architecture in Airtel India. Raghu brings in deep understanding of sales and marketing and an ability to design and build to scale new distribution models and has done various roles in sales, marketing, and general management in Airtel and Unilever in India during a career spanning 32 years.
Raghu has been working on TOC ( Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints) thinking processes for Problem Solving and Change Management for over 20 years . His goal is to help find simple solutions that deliver asymmetric outcomes in homogenous sectors.
Raghu holds a B Tech in Electronics Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
