With over 40 years of business experience, Raj has been part of the management teams of successful Indian and multinational corporations. He specialize in leading high-performing HR teams, driving people transformation, and mentoring HR and business leaders. He currently serve as an Advisor to Voltas Limited and as an Independent Director on the Board of Teamlease Services, where he also chairs the NRC. Additionally, he is a a Governing Board Member at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, President of the XLRI Alumni Bangalore Chapter, and an EC Member at an NGO, Seniors for Change. In his last Executive position, he retired as EVP & CHRO of Titan Company Limited.
