Ratan Kumar Shah is a Manufacturing professional with successful Project & Operations Management spanning 40 years in 5 verticals –Cement, Carbon Black Sponge Iron, Aluminium & Acrylic Fiber. Building on his functional expertise on Engineering, Projects & Operation he transitioned to General Management (Manufacturing) in the last 23 years of his career comprising of roles as Plant Head, CMO & Business Head of a large industrial conglomerate. He was recognised as a builder of Systems & Institutionalising Safety in the Adity Birla Group. Leveraging his experience, he transitioned to a Global Talent mentor in the Aditya Birla Group. He is also a certified Executive Coach and has completed several coaching engagements. Ratan holds degrees in Chemical Engineering (MS from University of Michigan and BTech from IIT Mumbai) in addition to being a CEO Coach.
