Tapan Mishra has been an acknowledged global leader in sustainable development with over two decades of experience in senior leadership positions in the United Nations (UN), as well as an accomplished human resources management professional with extensive experience in Learning, Leadership Development, Change Management, Coaching and Mentoring in public and private sector organizations like Bharat Petroleum, Infosys, Grow Talent as well as in the UN.
A Management Postgraduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur, he has also been active in academia through teaching Human Resources Management (HRM) and Organizational Behaviour (OB) at leading institutions in India, like NMIMS in Mumbai, India, and at Columbia University, School for International and Public Affairs (SIPA) in New York, United States. He was trained and certified as a Coach and Master Coach in Learning Organization Methodology by Innovation Associates Inc. USA, and by Sir John Whitmore of Performance Consultants, UK.
